Honey Chicken Kwetiau Noodles

INGREDIENTS:
  • 500 g kwetiau noodles, soaked
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 5 choy sum, cut into pieces
  • 100 g bean sprouts
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • Sasa Gourmet Powder, as needed
  • 4 shallots
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 chicken thigh fillet
  • 3 cloves of garlic, blended
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • Sasa Original Chili Sauce
HOW TO MAKE:
  1. Saute the seasoning ingredients until fragrant. Set it aside.
  2. Add the egg, mix until the texture changes. Add choy sum and bean sprouts. Stir until theyre half wilt. Add fish sauce and oyster sauce. Stir well.
  3. Add kwetiau noodles, pepper powder, and Sasa Gourmet Powder. Stir well until fully cooked. Set it aside.
  4. Grill the chicken using non stick pan until fully cooked. Cut the chicken and serve on top of the kwetiau noodles.
