  • 200 g beef, boiled
  • 4 litre of water

Seasoning Ingredients:

  • 8 cloves of shallots
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 4 candlenut
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Turmeric powder, as needed
  • 1 thumb of ginger, pressed
  • 1 thumb of galangal, pressed
  • Bay leaves, as needed
  • Lime leaves, as needed
  • Salt and sugar, as needed
  • 1 pack of Sasa Beef Stock

Other Ingredients:

  • A handful of long bean sprouts
  • 150 g cabbage, sliced thinly
  • 2 bunches of cellophane noodles, soaked in hot water
  • Fried shallots
  • 1 celery, sliced thinly
  • Sambal, as needed
  • Sweet soy sauce, as needed
  1. Cook all seasoning ingredients until it becomes fragrant. Add 1 pack of Sasa Beef Stock.
  2. Add boiled beef, then pour water, stir well. Don't forget to add sugar and salt, let it boiled.
  3. Since the beef is already cooked previously, this process does not need to be long. Make sure the seasoning is cooked enough and becomes fragrant. The purpose of cooking the beef is to remove the fats, so the soup will be even more delicious.
  4. Then, arrange the other ingredients in a bowl, like the bean sprouts, cabbage, noodles, and others.
  5. Pour the soto soup, add sweet soy sauce and sambal if you like.
