2 bunches of cellophane noodles, soaked in hot water

HOW TO MAKE:
Cook all seasoning ingredients until it becomes fragrant. Add 1 pack of Sasa Beef Stock.
Add boiled beef, then pour water, stir well. Don't forget to add sugar and salt, let it boiled.

Then, arrange the other ingredients in a bowl, like the bean sprouts, cabbage, noodles, and others.
Pour the soto soup, add sweet soy sauce and sambal if you like.
