1 year experience in FMCG is preferable

Carry out the implementation of marketing programs based on marketing strategy roadmap in product category that being handled
Support Consumer Acquisition and Retention Manager in executing the annual marketing plans
Support Consumer Acquisition and Retention Manager in executing ATL and BTL promotion that has been planned
Achieve sales and market shares target set by the company
Carry out the integrated activation programs that are interesting and impactful for targeted consumer
Support Consumer Acquisition and Retention Manager in collaborating with other related departments to ensure the seamless process of the company's new products launch
Ensure the procurement of promotional materials and other supporting equipments is available according to the schedule
