Senior Engineering Manager (Gending)

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
At least 15 years experience in managerial level in Electrical and Maintenance or 5 years in Engineering Division (preferably in food manufacturing company).
Familiar with production process machines and utilities such as power plants, boilers, chillers, air compressors, cooling water.
Able to work together and communicate well in orally and in writing.
Proficient in Indonesian and in English.
Has the ability to lead, analyze, problem solving, and have creativity.
Willing to be placed in Gending, Probolinggo, East Java.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate the Engineering & Utility section, the Electrical & Instrument Engineering section, and the Mechanical Engineering section.
Ensure the team works productively and able to develop team capabilities in the Engineering Division.
Ensure the team follows K3 regulations.
Provide solutions to problems that occur.
Manages technical division expenditure within budget constraints.
