- Prepare 3 cuts of chicken (±170 g) for 80 g Sasa Crispy Chicken Ala Kentucky Seasoned Flour.
- Mix Sasa Crispy Chicken Ala Kentucky Seasoned Flour with cold water as batter.
- The rest of flour is used as dry dough. For the amount of batter, please refer to serving suggestion.
- Dip chicken cuts to dry dough.
- Then, dip it to batter.
- Then, dip it again to dry dough while pressing and squeezing it for 10x.
- Fry in hot oil (160oC) until golden brown.

Amount of Sasa Crispy Chicken Ala Kentucky Seasoned Flour:
- 225 g: Add 5 tablespoons flour to 10 tablespoons cold water.
- 850 g: Add 165 g flour with 330 ml cold water.
Serving Suggestion:
- 80 g for ±170 g chicken.
- 225 g for ±450 g chicken.
- 850 g for ±2 kg chicken.
Tips: Use cold water for batter to make fried chicken crispier.
