Tuna Pasta

INGREDIENTS:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 300 g tuna
  • 1 onion, minced
  • Chopped celery, as needed
  • 1 tsp butter for frying
  • 60 g butter for flour mixture
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 sweet corn, cut off the cob
  • Chopped mushroom, as needed
  • 1-2 cup milk, or as needed
  • Grated cheese, as needed
  • 1 tsp Sasa Chicken Stock

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Heat 1 tsp of butter on a non-stick pan for frying. Add onion, celery, and tuna. Set it aside.
  2. Add 60 g butter on a non-stick pan, then add flour. Cook until it turns brown, then add milk and Sasa Chicken Stock. Stir well.
  3. Add tuna, corn kernel, mushroom, and boiled pasta into the mixture of flour.
  4. Stir until it thickens. Add grated cheese. Stir well.
  5. Serve while hot.
