The EHS Manager is in charge of making an OHS work program and an implementation plan Understand and master legal compliance management related to general safety, electrical & fire safety, environment, industrial hygiene and occupational health. The SMK3 program that has been made must be sure to run well and must document properly Report and analyze work accident statistical datas, carry out a work risk assessment of all elements and levels, campaign for the K3 program to employees. Ensure that work equipment, workforce, workforce health and work environment have been checked before use. EHS Managers need to carry out occupational safety training to increase employee understanding and awareness. The EHS Manager must be able to handle work accidents and investigate their causes. So that in the future preventive steps can be taken so that similar incidents do not need to be repeated. EHS Manager needs to ensure that the workforce works according to the existing SOP. The existence of this SOP is part of creating a safe work process. EHS Managers need to have a reward program for the success of the K3 program.
