Avocado and Smoked Salmond Toast

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100 g smoked salmon, slice thinly
  • 1 avocado, slice thinly
  • 1 tomato, slice thinly
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 slices of whole-wheat bread (you can use the regular white bread)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Sasa BonTabur, as needed

HOW TO MAKE:

  1. Boil 2 eggs.
  2. Toast the bread that has been smeared with margarine.
  3. Place the bread into a plate, add the sliced avocado and smoked salmon on top of the bread, then add lemon juice.
  4. Add boiled egg and sliced tomato on top of the bread, sprinkle with Sasa BonTabur as needed.
