You will only need 3 slices of bread, margarine, condensed milk, chocolate sprinkles, jam, or cheese. Spread the margarine on your bread slices and then add your favourite toppings. Next, toast the bread on a pan for about 5-10 minutes until golden brown. Super duper easy right?

Who says that vegetable dishes take a long time to cook? We want to introduce SasaGenk to our version of a long bean stir fry dish. Other than being healthy and nutritious, this dish is also fast and super easy to make. It’s perfect for those who are looking for a quick and easy lunch!
Clean 1 bundle of long beans. You will also need bay leaves, shallots, garlic, bird’s eye chillies, galangal, sugar, salt, stock powder, sweet soy sauce, cooking oil, and water. You’ll need to sauté the shallots, garlic, galangal, and chillies. Then, add some water and the long beans. Next, add the sugar, salt, and sweet soy sauce. Don’t forget to add the bay leaves too!
3. Special Omelette
Dishes made from eggs are always easy to make. For an easy meal during your WFH days, members of the SasaGenk can make this special omelette dish. Other than being rich in protein, this dish is super easy to make.
You will only need eggs, spring onions, red chillies (optional), stock powder, pepper, and margarine. To make your omelette, mix your eggs in a bowl with all of the ingredients listed above. Heat up some margarine on a pan and pour your egg mixture. Cook over a low heat so that the eggs cook evenly. When the eggs are cooked, special omelette is ready to serve!
The last simple dish that SasaGenk can try are pancakes! Known as a convenient and speedy breakfast dish, pancakes are super easy to make. In fact, this dish will only take less than 30 minutes to make!
You will need flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, eggs, butter, and milk. To make your pancakes, mix your flour, baking powder, sugar, salt into a bowl, and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and melted butter. Next, add the wet batter to the dry mixture and mix well. Pour one spoonful of the batter to your pan over low heat and wait until you can see little bubbles on your pancake.
When you can see the little bubbles, the pancakes are ready to flip. Repeat the process until you use all of your pancake batter. Serve with your favourite toppings like chocolate syrup, maple syrup, whipped cream, or sprinkles. Super easy right SasaGenk?
